Application for Membership to the H&H Bass Club
 
   
The H&H Bass Club has available memberships for this season. The club meets once a month and draws from the submitted applications to fill any remaining membership slots. When there are no more positions available this form will be removed and any remaining applications will be dropped as we do not maintain a waiting list, so please send in your application as soon as possible.
 
If your application is selected for membership you'll have 7 days to send in your annual membership dues and if not received your membership position would be offered to another angler at the next scheduled meeting.

      Summary ByLaws:
Memberships are good for one year and expire in January
Annual membership dues are $30
Tournament entry fees are $12
Minimum age for membership is 21
You must fish from a boat
No more than two members to a boat
Each member must keep their fish in a separate livewell
We fish 12 tournaments a year all launched from Kentucky waters
We count each anglers top ten finishes for points
The Fall Classic is fished by the top 50% of the clubs anglers
Attendance at meetings is not required, but is encouraged		 * All information above is Required
